grounds for immediate removal or exclusion. WebCab.de also reserves
the right to remove any accounts advertising or distributing software or services that may
contribute to news or e-mail spamming.
The resale of WebCab.de's
services is expressly prohibited.
WebCab.de is capable of allowing MEMBER to create WML
decks.
The services are provided for personal and business use.
Do
not use the Web space on WebCab.de to provide material that is grossly offensive to the
Web community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity, or
for promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, or
promoting physical harm or injury against any group or
individual.
WebCab.de is not responsible for the content of any WML
deck hosted on WebCab.de, and the opinions and views expressed in the WML
decks hosted on WebCab.de do not necessarily
reflect those of WebCab.de. The contents of the WML decks hosted on WebCab.de are not
reviewed in any way before they appear on WebCab.de.

WML decks cannot contain, or contain links to, any of the following:
copyrighted material not belonging to MEMBER, gambling, nudity, sex, pornography, foul
language, hate propaganda, anything illegal, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or insults to
other persons or companies. This includes anything considered adult
material.
WebCab.de members shall not sell weapons or promote the use
thereof.
WML decks hosted on WebCab.de may not include copies of any
other deck without prior consent from the originator of the other
deck.
As the author of WML decks hosted on WebCab.de, MEMBER takes full responsibility
for their contents. The WML decks hosted on WebCab.de may not contain anything illegal,
pornographic, degrading or abusive to another person, including decks that promote
hate-group propaganda. No copyrighted material not belonging to MEMBER may be posted on
the WML decks hosted by WebCab.de. WebCab.de has the right to remove any deck it
determines, in its sole judgment, has violated these conditions without
prior notice.
