The right soft key is labeled with "Previous".
Push the "Options" key.

The "Help" and "Content" keys can now be selected with the Up and Down buttons below the display.
Push the "Select" key.

Push the "Previous" key.

The first card is displayed.
Push the "Options" key.

Push the Down button to select the "Content" entry and push the "Select" key.

The content list of the workshop is displayed.
