No labels of the three soft keys are displayed. The "Previous" key is always labeled as "Back" key.
Push the "Options" key.

The "Help" and "Content" keys can now be selected with the Up and Down buttons below the display.
Push the "Select" key.

Push the "Back" key.

The first card is displayed.
Push the "Options" key.

Select the "Content" entry and push the "Select" key.

The content list of the workshop is displayed.
